How to pursue a PhD?
Over the past few years I have been asked the question "How do I apply for a PhD and obtain a scholarship/funding". We streamline the application process here and cover topics such as: searching for universities, reaching out to professors, what the evaluation committee looks for and how you could develop the required skills during your undergraduate years.
What is life like during a PhD and can I go through it?
We share personal life stories of individuals from various countries and how they navigated through the initial 3 years of their program. The professional and cultural changes experienced, choosing the right advisor, qualifiers, proposal defense and the exit options in case things don’t go as planned.
How to build the career path moving forward?
We share experiences on figuring out your career path and building one as an international student. Moving forward we will organize some Q&A sessions and Workshops for individuals at various stages during their career.
